Call to Order: Meeting called to order by Mayor Fouty at 7:00 p.m.

Approve June Regular Minutes: Edwards made motion to accept the minutes of the regular meetings. Cutright seconded the motion. Motion carried. Approved
Approve Payment of Bills: Motion to accept payment of bills was made by Cutright, seconded by Edwards. Cutright, aye, Adams, aye, Edwards, aye, Evans, absent, Hacker, aye, Gladu, absent. Motion carried. Approved.
Approve Financial Statement: Cutright made motion to accept the financial statement. Hacker seconded the motion. Motion carried. Approved.
Approve Transfer of Funds: None
Citizens Comments: Rob Robison asked the board if the IL Softball Hall of Fame could put a sign up at the ball diamond. The board agreed to allow a sign.
Discuss and Approve Committee Reports: None
Discuss and Approve Police Report: Report reviewed. Chief Duvall showed the board the ordinance violation signs. Hacker made the motion to approve the police report, Edwards seconded the motion. Motion carried. Approved.
Discuss and Approve Utility Superintendent’s Report: Report discussed. Motion to accept utility superintendent’s report was made by Hacker. Motion was seconded by Edwards. Motion carried. Approved.
Discuss and Approve Appropriations Ordinance: Cutright made the motion to approve the Appropriations Ordinance. Edwards seconded the motion. Cutright, aye, Adams, aye, Edwards, aye, Evans, absent, Hacker, aye, Gladu, absent. Motion carried. Approved.

Discuss and Approve the Purchase of Radar Speed Signs: Discussion took place and information was presented to the board by Mayor Fouty. Cutright made the motion to table the approval of the purchase of radar speed signs. Edwards seconded the motion. Motion carried. Approved.
Other Business: Houses and the buildings uptown were discussed.
