Arthur Community Unit School District 305 Board met Feb. 17.
Here is the minutes provided by the Board:
A special meeting of the Arthur Board of Education was called to order by President Jake Kamm at 8:07 AM on February 17, 2018 in the Arthur Unit Office with the following members and administrator present: Jon Day, Monica Green, Jake Kamm, Kristie Mechling, Ed Miller, Ryan Nettles, Beth Wiley and Kenny Schwengel. Also present was a representative from the Illinois School Board Association.
A motion was made by Beth Wiley, seconded by Ed Miller to enter executive session at 8:07 AM. All members voted yea. Motion carried.
A motion was made by Ryan Nettles, seconded by Jon Day to leave executive session at 10:14 AM. All members voted yea. Motion carried.
A motion was made by Kristie Mechling, seconded by Beth Wiley to accept executive session minutes as read in executive session. All members present voted yea. Motion carried.
A motion was made by Beth Wiley seconded by Ed Miller to adjourn at 12:13 PM. All members present voted yea. Motion carried
