We can confirm that a second criminal Federal Grand Jury subpoena has been issued to the Professional Development Alliance (PDA). This entity was created through an agreement with the former Grundy-Kendall County Regional Office of Education and the former Will County Regional Office of Education.

The issuance of this subpoena occurred just days after a previous one was sent to the Grundy-Kendall County ROE, as previously reported.

Readers are encouraged to examine the full report produced by the Will County ROE office to understand the extent of the alleged scam involving these public offices. The full report is linked in this article.

While acknowledging the investigation by Federal authorities into what appears to be criminal conduct, disappointment is expressed towards Will County State’s Attorney James Glasgow. He has not responded to requests for comment on this matter, which included straightforward questions.

James Glasgow has also not taken action regarding several other issues: ghost payrolling at Joliet Township, alleged financial improprieties at Dupage Township in Bolingbrook referred by the FBI, alleged criminal conduct at District 210 by a former Superintendent, and financial improprieties by an employee of the County Veterans Commission. There is no surprise expressed about his lack of response or action in this case.

A copy of the subpoena sent to Will County ROE is available for download or viewing via provided links.
