Tiffany Henyard ordered to appear in court following contempt ruling

Tiffany Henyard has been found in contempt of court and is required to appear on May 30, 2025, at 10:30 am. Should she not attend, a body attachment will be issued.

The situation arose from a lawsuit concerning compliance with the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA). The court has expressed that adherence to FOIA is always preferable.

From the Court’s Order:

"Compliance with the Freedom of Information Act is always the preferred method, but this will work also."
