East Central Reporter

Teutopolis Fire Protection District responded to 21 calls in 2016, according to data from the National Fire Incident Reporting System obtained by the East Central Reporter.

The calls in Teutopolis included 11 fires - three structure fires, three vehicle fires and five other fires.

In all, the department saw $150,000 in fire loss - or about $13,636 per fire.

The department also received 10 false calls.
