Discuss/approve payment of $3,000.00 to Richland County Animal Control
Discuss potential incentives to property owners to tear down dilapidated housing
Discuss/approve tree removal on E. Locust St. & Elm St.
Discuss/authorize modification of the Zoning Code Ordinance to include a demolition permit and a fee or no fee
