City of Marshall City Council met Oct. 27.

IV. Consider and take action on the correction of the May 12, 2025 Minutes. 

V. Mayoral Proclamation declaring “Red Ribbon Week”, October 23-31, 2025

VIII. Consider and take action on the approval of the Collection, Treasurer’s, Building and  Police Reports for September 2025. 

IX. Consider and take action on an Ordinance Annexing Municipally Owned Property  Located at 803 S. 11th Street, Marshall, in the County of Clark, State of Illinois. 

X. Consider and take action on a Resolution Regarding the Use of Funds Generated in  the Marshall TIF 1 District Fund. 

XI. Consider and take action on a Resolution Authorizing the Sale of Real Property  Owned by the City of Marshall – 503 Pecan St. to Jeff Gowin. 

XII. Consider and take action on a Resolution Authorizing the Sale of Real Property  Owned by the City of Marshall – 604 Chestnut St, to Kathy Kuhn. 

XIII. Consider and take action on a Resolution Authorizing the Sale of Real Property  Owned by the City of Marshall – 1103 Pine St, to Don Bowen. 

XIV. Consider and take action on a Resolution Authorizing the Sale of Real Property  Owned by the City of Marshall – 410 S 10th St, to Rex Norton. 

XV. Consider and take action on payment to B & T Drainage, Inc. in the amount of  $17,347.00 for work at Pilot. 

XVI. Consider and take action on employment of Brian Baugher.
