10.NEW BUSINESS:
A. Consider and act on authorizing a one-time stipend in the amount of $5,654 to Harley Gray for additional duties in the absence of the Street Department Head, as recommended by the Finance and Audit Committee.
B. Consider and act on authorizing the hire of Billy Reese Jr. as a part-time Newton Police Officer, with approval of the Illinois Law Enforcement Training and Standards Board. Starting pay will be $27.27/hour.
C. Consider and act on authorizing the TIF Application submitted for 106 W. Washington by Tony Arndt.
D. Consider and act on authorizing the TIF Application submitted for Lot 7 in the Industrial Park by Belcher Self-Storage, LLC.
E. Consider and act on authorizing the Demolition Reimbursement Application submitted for 206 N. Jackson St. by Geltz Properties.
F. Consider and act on authorizing the Dumpster Reimbursement Application submitted for 206 N. Jackson St. by Geltz Properties.
G. Consider and act on authorizing the Demolition Reimbursement Application submitted for 409 Stevens St. by 3B General Contracting.
