ANNOUNCEMENTS AND DISCUSSION

• Building and Grounds: Bathroom renovation - completed today! Finally! The ROE will be in tomorrow for the capacity walkthrough. Jumbotron out front - Jenni and Aly have been working together on this. It's been very difficult to get figured out, so it will cost some to get it back up and running. Maintenance

• Finance: Tentative budget on display - We received final calculations for FY26 in EBF dollars and CPPRT. We will receive about the same amount as last year for both of these.

• Policy/Curriculum: New science curriculum - for Chemistry and middle grades a 3-year subscription with supplies is $24,000. Press 119 - only updates to the legal references in each of the updates. A homebound instructor list should be approved for teachers willing to do homebound learning if it comes up. This is a rare occurrence, but it did happen last year. This is the way IASA suggests to handle it - by having the board approve one list at the beginning of every year.

• Community Relations: Class sizes/enrollment is continuing to grow. In the coming years we are going to need to expand the number of elementary classrooms. Student insurance - we have a student without health insurance. The family is able to pay for coverage through our Bushue contracts.
