5. Consideration and Action to add metal ceiling in cold storage for a price of $13,600. Building currently $3500 below budget so $10K would come out of 4 depts at a cost of $2500 each.

6. Consideration and Action to modify Trick or Treating to coincide with the Chamber activities downtown. Set trick or treating to 6-8pm instead of 5-7pm.
