Arcola Community Unit School District 306 Board of Education met July 28.

A special meeting of the Board of Education of Arcola Community Unit District #306 Arcola, Illinois was called to order in the High School Library at 8:00 p.m. on Monday, July 28, 2025 for the purpose of regular business.

Vice President Stout called the meeting to order. The following members answered roll call: Stout, Conlin, J. Shonkwiler, Wise, and Stenger.

Others present were: Tom Mulligan, Nick Lindsey, Jason Conn, Sergio Medina, Steven Franco, Hugo Garza, Tommy Eddleman, Ben Crane, Mark Truex.

Pledge of Allegiance

Vice President Stout recognized the visitors and asked for public comment.

Motion by Conlin seconded by J Shonkwiler to approve cooperative agreement for the 2025 high school football season with Cerro Gordo School District and Bement School District. Roll call vote: Stout, aye; Conlin, aye; J. Shonkwiler, aye; Wise, nay; Stenger, aye;. 3 ayes. 2 nays. Motion carried.
