ANNOUNCEMENTS AND DISCUSSION

Building and Grounds: Summer maintenance - coming along. Almost everything inside has been taken care of, then they will move outside; gym painting (top) - this has been quoted at $8,790; bathrooms - will begin installing the fixtures soon; wetlands & bat houses - did a walkthrough at 6:30 - questions?

Finance: 3-year projections; District Comparisons; Risk Management Plan

Policy: Press 119 - all updated to 5-year review; School Attorney Firm moving - David is not physically moving, but will become a partner in Franczek, P.C. He assured me that clients would be treated the same as the past and rates will remain the same, but now everything will be in house and he will have his own team. We have three choices- work with Franczek, work with Miller, or work with both. I would recommend sticking with David as our legal counsel.

Community Relations: Summer meals are going well! We have been serving about 80 kids consistently all summer.
