Kyley Willison, a former fire district trustee, has made his first restitution payment of $100,000 as part of his guilty plea and sentencing requirements. The total restitution amount was set at $236,000. His initial payment was due by June 16, 2025.
On the due date, Willison submitted two payments: one for $32,000 and another for $23,525. A subsequent payment of $44,745 was made on June 20, 2025. These transactions bring his total restitution to $100,270 to date. The remaining balance stands at $134,790.
Willison is required to make his next payment of $50,000 by August 16, 2025. Adhering to this payment schedule is a condition of his probation.
