6. Neoga Board of Education approves the School Disrtict's expenditures of funds to defray necessary and proper expenses and liabilities of the School District incurred for educational or operational or maintenance or transportation or site and construction purposes of the District for Fiscal Year 2026, until which time the Annual Budget of the District is adopted in conformity with applicable sections of the Illinois School Code.

7. Approve Emergency Building Repairs to be Contracted Through Wohltman Construction for:

3. Modular Classrooms for Junior/Senior High School 

7. Hearing and Public Comment on the Amended Budget for FY 25 

8. Approve Amended Budget for FY25 

9. Approve Property/Casualty and Student Accident Insurance Renewal for the 2025-26 School Year with ICRMT.

10. Approve a Memorandum of Understanding with Neoga Education Association to approve a bonus for district employees.
