State Representative Chris Miller has criticized Illinois Governor JB Pritzker and the Democratic Party for their stance on immigration policies. According to Miller, these policies endanger public safety by protecting illegal immigrant criminals in Illinois.

Miller stated, "JB Pritzker is doing nothing about illegal immigrant criminals who are committing crimes and threatening the safety of Illinois citizens across the state." He accused the governor of creating a misleading narrative regarding the state's immigration crisis.

Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem recently held a press conference in Springfield to discuss concerns over sanctuary state policies and their impact on community safety. Miller expressed his support for President Trump, Tom Homan, and Kristi Noem, saying they uphold an oath to protect American citizens from what he described as dangerous illegal immigrant criminals.

"If you want to become a legal citizen and chase the American dream, I support that," said Miller. "But I will not support illegals who flood our state to drain taxpayers and cause havoc in our communities."

Miller advocates for legislation aimed at ending sanctuary state policies and repealing the Illinois TRUST Act. He represents Illinois' 101st House District, which includes parts of Coles County as well as portions of Champaign, Douglas, and Vermilion Counties along the I-57 corridor.
