The Shelby County Board meeting scheduled for May 8, 2025, will proceed without coverage from the Edgar County Watchdogs (ECWd). The organization announced its absence due to other commitments.

For those interested in following the proceedings, a livestream is expected to be available on Shelby County's YouTube page, contingent upon the resolution of technical issues with their camera equipment.

ECWd has assured that they will attend the subsequent board meeting.
