VIII. Consider and take action on an Ordinance Amending Chapter 90. Vegetation. Article I. In General. Section 90-9. Tree Commission of the Code of Ordinances, City of Marshall, Illinois.

IX. Consider and take action on an Ordinance Amending Appendix A. Zoning. Article XI. Business Districts. Section 6-13. Same-Schedule of Regulations.

X. Consider and take action on an Ordinance Amending the Rates of Payment for Various Employees of the City of Marshall, Illinois for the Fiscal Year Commencing on the 1st Day of May 2025, and Ending on the 30th Day of April 2026.

XI. Consider and take action on an Intergovernmental Agreement For County Dog Kennel.
