Thousands oppose Illinois homeschool bill ahead of committee hearing

More than 33,000 witness slips have been filed against HB 2827, referred to as the Homeschool Act. The bill imposes mandates on homeschool families in Illinois. It is set for a hearing in the Education Policy Committee on March 19 at the Illinois State Capitol.
