      2. Discussion and action on Wes Yoder mowing the property at the Village's well site for the 2025 season in the amount of $1080.00.

      3. Discussion and action on Michael Elsberry attending the Illinois Water Pollution Control Conference and Awards Banquet on March 19th, 2025 in East Peoria, IL for the amount of $275.00 plus hotel accommodations in the amount of $412.08.

      4. Discussion and action on Ordinance 02-17A-2025: An Ordinance Amending the Village of Arthur Code of Chapter 30 Sec. 49 (a) (1) concerning Water Meter Requirements.

      5. Discussion and action on the FY 2025-2026 Capital Improvement Plan.
