Rep. Adam Niemerg has announced his committee assignments for the 104th General Assembly. One of his key roles will be serving on the Immigration & Human Rights Committee.
Niemerg emphasized the importance of addressing immigration issues, stating, "With the illegal immigration crisis top of the list of concerns in Illinois and across the country, I look forward to serving on the Immigration & Human Rights Committee." He also highlighted his commitment to repealing Illinois' "sanctuary" state status and scrutinizing spending priorities. Niemerg expressed concern about over $3 billion that could have been allocated to veterans, seniors, and other critical areas.
