Donald J. Trump was inaugurated as the 47th President of the United States on January 20, 2025. The Illinois House Minority Leader expressed optimism about collaborating with the new administration.

"We look forward to working together with his administration to make our state and nation stronger, more prosperous, and more united," said the Illinois House Minority Leader.
