Shelby Potts, a Retail Pharmacist Technician at CCH, has been recognized as the December Employee of the Month. Her dedication and commitment were highlighted by Dixie Krutsinger, Clinic MOA, who nominated her for the award.
"I would like to nominate Shelby Potts in Clinic Pharmacy. I have tried for 2 days to get an insulin covered for a pt. She spent most of today on the phone with pt’s insurance to help me get coverage for an insulin," said Krutsinger. "The clinic pharmacy staff are very friendly and great with patients."
Potts' efforts in assisting with insurance coverage exemplify her commitment to patient care and teamwork within the clinic pharmacy.
