Paris residents charged with UTV theft in Coles County

Two individuals from Paris, Illinois, have been taken into custody by authorities in Coles County. The Coles County Sheriff's Department reported that Andrew Towell and Katelynn Bowman were arrested for allegedly stealing a side-by-side UTV from a location in Ashmore, Illinois.

The stolen vehicle was subsequently found in Edgar County and has been returned to its owner.
