John Rogers called the Regular Meeting to order at 6:30 p.m.

Reed Nolen moved to approve previous minutes for September. Cristie Thevenin seconded. All members voted aye-motion approved.

Reed Nolen moved to approve the budget hearing minutes. Cody Denton seconded. All members voted aye-motion approved.
