HSHS Medical Group Family Health has announced the addition of Caitlin Bird, APRN, to its team. Bird is now available for appointments at HSHS Good Shepherd in Shelbyville.
Bird will serve as a primary care provider for patients of all ages. She focuses on delivering quality care to rural communities and offers various services including minor procedures, general wellness checks, well-child visits, women’s health care, and management of both acute and chronic illnesses.
Bird completed her Master of Science in nursing at Chamberlain University in Addison, Illinois. Her Bachelor of Science in nursing was obtained from Millikin University in Decatur, Illinois.
