State Representative Adam Niemerg has announced the schedule for his "Satellite Office Hours" in October, providing an opportunity for constituents to meet with legislative staff to discuss state issues and receive assistance. The sessions will be held on Thursday, October 24, at various locations.

The first session will take place from 10:00 to 11:15 AM at the Lawrence County Chamber of Commerce, located at 1121 State Street, Lawrenceville. Following this, a session will be held from 12:00 to 11:15 PM at Robinson Public Library's Conference Room 1 on 606 N. Jefferson Street, Robinson. The final session for that day is scheduled from 2:00 to 3:30 PM at Newton Public Library on 100 S. Van Buren Street, Newton.

Rep. Niemerg emphasized the importance of these sessions by stating, "My satellite office hours provide convenient locations for constituents to get help closer to their home without having to travel to my district office." He further noted that while most constituent needs can be addressed via phone or email, some require face-to-face meetings where paperwork can be presented or concerns explained in person.

Additional sessions are planned for Tuesday, October 29. These will begin with an early morning session from 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM at St. Joseph Village Hall on 207 E. Lincoln Street, St. Joseph. A subsequent session is scheduled from 9:45 AM to 10:45 AM at Georgetown Senior Citizen’s Center on 102 W. West Street, Georgetown.

Later that day, a meeting will occur from 11:45 AM to 1:15 PM at Edgar County Farm Bureau located at 210 W. Washington Street, Paris. The day's final session is set for between 1:45 PM and 3:15 PM at Marshall Public Library on 612 Archer Avenue, Marshall.

Residents are encouraged to schedule appointments but may also attend without one if they have last-minute concerns or issues needing attention. For more information or scheduling inquiries, constituents can contact Rep. Niemerg’s office by calling (217)813-6036 or visiting RepNiemerg.com.
