Shelby County Board Member Teresa Boehm’s pre-trial is scheduled for Wednesday, October 2, 2024, at 9:30 a.m. in Shelby County Circuit Court.

Boehm was indicted in January 2024 by a Shelby County Grand Jury for violating the Public Officer Prohibited Activities Act and unlawful participation due to holding statutorily conflicting public offices.
