Dolton Mayor and Thornton Township Supervisor Tiffany Henyard, along with township employee Kamal Woods and other unidentified occupants, are facing a residential eviction case. The case was filed on September 18, 2024, in Cook County Circuit Court.

According to the Cook County online docket, the next hearing for Henyard's eviction is set for October 22, 2024, in Cook County Circuit Court.

This situation is not new for Henyard. Previously, while managing her company "Good Burger" under a contract with South Suburban Community College, she encountered multiple issues. Health inspections revealed unsanitary conditions at both Good Burger and the college. These findings led to threats of contract cancellation. Additionally, Henyard fell behind on rent payments to the college and failed to meet other contractual obligations. At one point, she even bounced a check for rent. Eventually, the Secretary of State involuntarily dissolved her company.
