Village of Noble Village Board met Sept. 23.

Here is the agenda provided by the board:

1. MOMENT OF SILENCE FOR PRAYER AND RECITE PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE

2. CALL TO ORDER

4. APPROVE SEPTEMBER 9, 2024 MINUTES

5. ACKNOWLEDGE GUEST

OPEN MEETING all comments will be published in the newspaper.

6. INFORMATIONAL

Noble Lions Club Halloween Cakewalk & Parade will be held in Noble Park on  October 25: Cakewalk at 6:30pm & Parade at 7:00pm

Caucus will be held at the Noble Village Hall on Dec 2 Peoples at 6p.m. & Citizens at 6:30p.m.: 3 Trustees 4yr term, 1 Trustee 2yr term remaining & Mayor 4yr term

Village Hall will be closed on Monday Oct 14 for Columbus Day

Next Board meeting will be held on TUESDAY due to Columbus Day

Discuss/approve Scheduling trick or treat night in Noble (Olney Oct 26)

Discuss/approve Personnel Committee recommendations re: employees’ pay increase

Consider/approve change in pay for Village officials (Mayor, Clerk & Trustees)

Adopt a Resolution authorizing the release of closed session minutes and a resolution authorizing the destruction of audio recordings

9. EXECUTIVE SESSION

2(c)(21) Discussion of minutes of meeting lawfully closed under this Act, whether for purposes of approval by the body of the minutes or semi-annual review of the minutes as mandated by Section 2.06
