Concealed Carry Ban on Public Transit Ruled Unconstitutional

A federal judge has ruled a state law banning concealed firearms from public transit systems unconstitutional. Capitol News Illinois reported that the ruling applies only to the four individuals who challenged it, while the law remains in effect for others. Governor Pritzker stated, "I’m hopeful that the law that was passed in Illinois a number of years ago, that’s frankly done a lot to keep people safe, will be upheld."

Volvo Scales Back Electric Vehicle Ambitions
