5. Review of:

Redevelopment Plan and Project

Proposed ordinances approving (1) Redevelopment Plan and Project; (2) City of Gilman TIF III Redevelopment Project Area; and (3) Adoption of tax increment allocation financing

6. Discussion, Comments and Questions

7. Motion to recommend approval/disapproval of the Redevelopment Plan and Project and the designation of the TIF III Redevelopment Project Area on the basis of such redevelopment project area and redevelopment plan satisfying the plan requirements, the eligibility criteria and the purposes of the Tax Increment Allocation Redevelopment Act (65 ILCS 5/11-74.1-1 et seq.)
