Rep. Halbrook joined Shelbyville Mayor Jeff Johnson, Plant Manager John McLeod, Shelbyville Business Developer Robert Johnston, and State Senator Steve McClure to celebrate the 50th anniversary of Graphic Packaging International in Shelbyville.
