1. Motion Darrough seconded by Dunahee to approve the minutes of the April 15, 2024 meeting, Bills, Activity Account Statements, Treasurer’s Report, intergovernmental agreement between the Flora Library and Flora CUSD #35. Roll call: Unanimous

RECOGNITION OF COMMENTS BY EMPLOYEES AND FROM THE PUBLIC

Recognition of staff retiring at the end of the school year: Wabash presented on the review of the Athletic Training Services year Stats and future program offerings

2. Administrator Reports:

Mrs. Pearce: AIMS Web finished beginning of May, Fun Day 5/15, Awards on 5/20 and 5/21 AR celebration.

Mrs. Carder: Harry Potter Cup Challenge 5/20, Awards on 5/21.

Mrs. Leonard: Field Day 5/20, Graduation was on 5/16, Dodgeball and DQ walk on 5/21 and Reviewing IAR scores.

Mr. McNeely: Braxton Huddleston advanced to State in Track, Ollie Collings advanced to State in Tennis, and Conducting spring evaluations.

Mr. Pearce: Semester Exams on 5/17-21st, SBP voting on 5/21.

Hackney-Thanks was expressed to Jill Fehrenbacher and Linda Spicer for organizing the secretary day lunch. Highlighted the high school graduation and the upcoming junior high graduation.
