There were 38 multiracial students enrolled in Cumberland County school districts in the 2021-22 school year, 5.6% more than the previous year, according to the Illinois State Board of Education report.

Data showed that multiracial students made up 2.6% of the 1,471 students in Cumberland County during the 2021-22 school year. They were the second most represented ethnicity.

Among the two districts in Cumberland County, Cumberland Community Unit School District 77 recorded the highest enrollment of multiracial students in the 2021-22 school year, with a total of 24 students.
