Halbrook, Prayer Caucus Mark National Day of Prayer

Rep. Halbrook and fellow members of the Illinois Legislative Prayer Caucus commenced the National Day of Prayer today with their second annual Prayer Breakfast. Former Congressman Randy Forbes, the President and Co-Founder of the Congressional Prayer Caucus Foundation, served as this year's keynote speaker.

"It was a truly inspirational way to start our day at the Capitol today," expressed Rep. Halbrook.
