B. Professional Services Agreement with Engineering Enterprises, Inc. in the Amount of $56,400.00 for Construction Engineering Services for the Baseline Road Resurfacing Project.

C. Resolution 2024-004 Authorizing the Village’s Share of Construction and Construction Engineering Costs for the Roadway Improvement of The Baseline Road Resurfacing Project.

The Village of Montgomery will hold its regularly scheduled Board Meeting on Monday, February 26th, 2024 at 7:00P. The meeting will be available via Zoom, and Village Hall also will be open for people to attend in person.

Please email or phone in your comments prior to the start of the meeting at 7:00 p.m. Comments received will be read during the Public Comments portion of the meeting.

Remote participation by the public will continue to be available until further notice.
