Village of Montgomery Board of Trustees met Jan. 8.

Here are the minutes provided by the board:

I. In the absence of President Brolley, President Pro Tem Sperling called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. followed by the Pledge of Allegiance.

II. Roll Call

A. Announcement of the Festival of Trees Winners .

Manager Nemetz thanked the community for participating in the Festival of Trees and announced this year’s winning trees.

IV. Consent Agenda

A. Minutes of the December 11th Village Board Meeting .

B. Accounts Payable through December 26th, 2023 in the Amount of $2,624,667.49.

C. Accounts Payable through January 8th, 2024 in the Amount of $392,667.63.

D. Accounts Receivable for December 2023.

E. Building Report for December 2023.

F. Water Product Report for December 2023.

G. Refuse Report for November 2023.

Trustee Marecek moved to approve Items A-G of the Consent Agenda, seconded by Trustee Jungermann.

5 Yea. 0 No. Motion carried. Trustee Marecek, Trustee Gier, Trustee Sperling, Trustee Bauman and Jungermann voting yea.
