Edgar County Community Unit School District 6 Board of Education met Nov. 20.

John Rogers called the Regular Meeting to order at 6:30 p.m.

Roll Call:

Members Present: Jim Spesard, Cody Denton, Reed Nolen, Shelley Good and Cristie Thevenin

Members Absent: John Rogers and Dennis Tingley

Reed Nolen moved to approve previous minutes for October. Crisite Thevenin seconded. All members voted aye- motion approved.

Reed Nolen moved to approve financial matters and imprest fund reimbursement of $3240.09. Cody Denton seconded. All members voted aye - motion approved.

Shelley Good moved to approve the electronic sign quote for the elementary building in the amount of $41,660.00. Jim Spesard seconded. All members voted aye-motion approved.

Reed Nolen moved to approve Jenness Electric to supply power to the electronic sign not exceeding $3000.00 Shelley Good seconded. All members voted aye - motion approved.

Reed Nolen moved to approve the maintenance grant for the JH/HS electronic sign as presented. Jim Spesard seconded. All members voted aye-motion approved.
