This hearing was opened and immediately continued from the November 2 meeting to the December 7 meeting of the Planning & Zoning Commission.
b. PZC 2023-017 Comprehensive Plan Update (Orchard 30)
i. Public Hearing and Consideration of an Amendment to the Land Use Plan of the Montgomery 2035 Comprehensive Plan to change land uses from multi-family residential to light industrial/business park and heavy industrial as well as expand the regional commercial land uses.
c. PZC 20023-019 Parking Variation (160 Sherman Ave. – Antonio Castelan)
i. Public Hearing and Consideration of a parking variation from Table 10.02.1 (Off-Street parking Standards of the Village of Montgomery Unified Development Ordinance).
