      1. Discussion and action on the purchase of a new dump bed for the 2012 Ford F450 from Foremost Trucking of Macon, IL in the amount of $12,242.22.

      2. Discussion and action on Village assistance to replace the “Arthur” sign at the intersection of County Line Road and 200 N, and to complete the “Arthur” sign at the intersection of the Arthur Road (000 E Rd) and US Highway 36.
