A. Ordinance 2043 Authorizing and Providing for the Issuance Not to Exceed $5,500,000 General Obligation Bonds (Alternate Revenue Source) of the Village of Montgomery For the Purpose of Paying the Costs of Improving the Waterworks System of the Village and Related Improvements, Providing for the Levy and Collection of a Direct Annual Tax Sufficient to pay the Principal and Interest on Said Bonds, Providing for the Collection, Segregation and Distribution of the Revenues of Said Waterworks System, and Authorizing the Sale of Said Bonds to the Purchaser Thereof (Waiver of First and Passage on Second Reading).

B. Ordinance 2044 Amending Sections 1-10 and 11-53 of the Village Code Pertaining to Parking (Restricted Parking by Permit) (Waiver of First and Passage on Second Reading).

C. Recommendation of the Planning and Zoning Commission on PZC 2023-008 Special Use for Multi-Unit Dwellings and Variances – Antonio Castelan (160 Sherman Avenue).

D. Ordinance 2042 Granting a Special Use (Multi-Unit Dwellings) and Variations from Section 8 of the Village's Unified Development Ordinance (160 Sherman Ave.) (First Reading).

E. Professional Services Agreement with Engineering Enterprises, Inc. in the Amount of $99,950.00 for the Water and Sewer Revenue Study.

F. Resolution 2023-029 Granting an Easement for Burlington Short Line Railroad to Install Updated Signal Crossing Equipment at the Route 31 Railroad Crossing North of Aucutt Road.

G. Award of Contract to Innovation Landscaping Inc. in the amount of $445,903.12 for the Montgomery Park Improvements Phase 1 Base Bid with Alternatives A&B.

H. Award of Contract to Frank Marshall Electric in the amount of $130,821.00 for the Montgomery Park Improvements Phase 2 Lighting Project.
