I. Roll Call (6:30PM)

II. Pledge of Allegiance

III. Minutes of Previous Meeting and correction and/or approval of same

IV. Public Comments (Persons wishing to address the council will have a time limit of 3 minutes)

V. New Business

VI. Consider and take action on the approval of the Collection, Treasurer’s, Building and Police Reports for July 2023.

VII. Consider and take action to amend the FY 2024 Budget

VIII. Consider and take action on an Ordinance Change in Chapter 74, Section 115

IX. Consider and take action on an Ordinance Approving a Final Plat for the Stephen Subdivision.

X. Consider and take action on a Resolution Authorizing the Sale of Excess Property.

XI. Consider and take action on appointing Mark Boyd to the Historical Preservation Committee.

XII. Consider and take action on approval of the Downtown Building Grant for the Historical Preservation Committee to oversee replacing the Main Street Façade Grants.

XIII. Consider and take action on a street closing request from the Marshall Milk Maids/Susan G. Komen for Saturday, September 30, 2023, for a fundraising event to fight Breast Cancer.
