City of Marshall City Council met Sept. 11.

VII. Consider and take action on a grant to the Marshall Library in the amount of $100,000.
VIII. Consider and take action on a quote from T & R Electric for a transformer in the amount of $14,214.
IX. Consider and take action on payment to Wholesale Drainage Supply, Inc. for culverts in the amount of $6,110.69.
X. Consider and take action on a street closing request from the Marshal Area Chamber of Commerce for Saturday, October 28, 2023, for the Annual Halloween Frolic and Trunk or Treat.
