Lawrence County Community Unit School District 20 had the highest enrollment among Lawrence County districts, welcoming 1,082 students during the 2021-22 school year, according to the Illinois State Board of Education report.

Of all the students welcomed in the 2021-22 school year, 52.9% of them were boys, and 47.1% were girls.

Data also showed that the majority of students were white, making up 90.7% of the Lawrence County Community Unit School District 20's total enrollment.

Among the two districts in Lawrence County, Red Hill Community Unit School District 10 ranked second in enrollment numbers with 940 students.

Lawrence County Community Unit School District 20 roughly covers schools within Lawrence County with its main office in Lawrenceville.

In the previous school year, Lawrence County Community Unit School District 20 also had the highest number of students among Lawrence County districts.
