Ordinance 2035 Authorizing the Issuance of Waterworks Revenue Bonds in an Aggregate Principal Amount Not to Exceed $5,500,000 or, in lieu thereof, General Obligation Bonds (Alternate Revenue Source) in an Aggregate Principal amount not to exceed $5,500,000 for the Purpose of Paying the Costs of Improving the Waterworks System of the Village and Related Improvements (Waiver of First and Passage on Second Reading).
C. Ordinance 2036 Authorizing the Issuance of Not to Exceed $3,500,000 General Obligation Bonds (Alternate Revenue Source) for the Purpose of Refunding Outstanding Obligations of the Village (Waiver of First and Passage on Second Reading).
D. Ordinance 2037 Authorizing the Issuance of Not to Exceed $8,000,000 General Obligation Bonds (Alternate Revenue Source) for the Purpose of Financing Eligible Redevelopment Project Costs within said Village’s Orchard Road Redevelopment Project Area (Waiver of First and Passage on Second Reading).
