F. Ordinance 2032 Amending Various Sections of the Village of Montgomery Unified Development Ordinance (Second Reading).

G. Ordinance 2033 Amending the Text of the Village of Montgomery Municipal Code (Chapter 18 1/2 - Vegetation) (Second Reading).

H. Appointment of Ben Brzoska to the Historic Preservation Commission.

A. Resolution 2023-021 Designating the Intersection of Clay and Railroad Street with the Honorary Street Name Dedication, “Assistant Fire Chief Jimmie Touvell Way”.

B. Ordinance 2035 Authorizing the Issuance of Waterworks Revenue Bonds in an Aggregate Principal Amount Not to Exceed $5,500,000 or, in lieu thereof, General Obligation Bonds (Alternate Revenue Source) in an Aggregate Principal amount not to exceed $5,500,000 for the Purpose of Paying the Costs of Improving the Waterworks System of the Village and Related Improvements (Waiver of First and Passage on Second Reading).

C. Ordinance 2036 Authorizing the Issuance of Not to Exceed $3,500,000 General Obligation Bonds (Alternate Revenue Source) for the Purpose of Refunding Outstanding Obligations of the Village (Waiver of First and Passage on Second Reading).

D. Ordinance 2037 Authorizing the Issuance of Not to Exceed $8,000,000 General Obligation Bonds (Alternate Revenue Source) for the Purpose of Financing Eligible Redevelopment Project Costs within said Village’s Orchard Road Redevelopment Project Area (Waiver of First and Passage on Second Reading).

E. Resolution 2023-022 Authorizing Mobile Food Facility Licenses.

F. Resolution 2023-023 Adopting a List of Approved Trees.

G. Ordinance 2034 Amending Section 20-32 - Tapping Fees of the Municipal Code (Second Reading).

H. Approval of Professional Services Agreement with Engineering Enterprises, Inc. in the amount of $225,432.00 for Construction Engineering of the Water Main Replacement Project.

I. Waiver of Bids and Approval of Purchase of a New GMC Sierra 1500 Truck from Coffman Truck Sales, Inc. in the amount of $45,564.00.
