Stewardson-Strasburg Community Unit School District 5A welcomed 401 students in the 2021-22 school year, according to the Illinois State Board of Education report.

This is a 0.2% decrease from the previous school year.

Stewardson-Strasburg Elementary School had the largest enrollment in the district with 279 students.

Stewardson-Strasburg Community Unit School District 5A roughly covers schools within Shelby County and has a main office in Strasburg.
