i. Public Hearing and Consideration of a Special Use for two Multiple-Unit Dwellings in the R-1 Zoning District.
ii. Public Hearing and Consideration of Variations from Sections 8.10.C.1 (Façade Articulation), 8.10.C.2 (Façade Transparency), 8.10.C.5 (Doors, Windows, and Balconies), and 8.10.C.6 (Roofs).
The public hearings for PZC 2023-008 will be opened and immediately continued to the September 7, 2023 Planning and Zoning Commission meeting with no discussion or action to be taken at this meeting due to notification issues.
b. PZC 2023-011 Special Use Amendment – Utility-Scale Solar Energy System (Fox Metro Water Reclamation District – 800 S River St)
i. Public Hearing and Consideration of an Amendment to an existing Special Use to expand the existing solar energy facility located at 800 S River St.
