City Planner Koester stated this ordinance annexes property along the east side of north Third Street (US45) just north of Evergreen Avenue.

6.1 Effingham Regional Growth Alliance - City Administrator Miller
Courtney Yockey presented to the Council an update on the Effingham Regional Growth Alliance and a request for annual contribution. The contribution will be $110,000 for dues.
There were no objections to bring this item back to a future City Council Meeting.
6.2 Resolution No. 079-2023, A Resolution Authorizing an Agreement with Magoo & Associates, LLC for Information Technology Services - Deputy City Administrator Presley
Deputy City Administrator Presley stated this resolution authorizes an agreement with Magoo and Associates, LLC to assist the City's IT Department with information technology system management and security services during the term of June 1, 2023 - May 31, 2024.
There were no objections to bring this item back to a future City Council Meeting.
6.3 Rise Grant - Economic Development Director Hull
Economic Development Director Hull stated staff is recommending that Development Planning Partners/The 1861 Group be selected as the firm to do the study for our RISE Grant.
