1. Receive and Acknowledge a Recommendation letter from the Village of Dieterich Board of Zoning Appeals and Planning regarding a Petition for Special Use to locate a car wash on Lot 23 of the Dieterich Industrial Park East

2. Consider for approval Ordinance 1136-2023: Granting a Special Use Permit in the Village of Dieterich, Effingham County, Illinois (Car Wash in M-1 District – Litzelman/Martin)

3. Consider for approval Ordinance 1137-2023: Authorizing the Transfer of Real Estate (Lot 7 Hartke Subdivision – Accent Design Concepts, LLC)

4. Consider for approval Change Order #10 from AKRA Builders, Inc. for the Wright Family Center construction for $3,960.00

5. Consider for approval Change Order #11 from AKRA Builders, Inc. for the Wright Family Center construction for $6,759.00
