Q3 2022 Parolees Recap: Who was paroled in Coles County?

There were 22 offenders living in Coles County released on parole during the third quarter of 2022, according to Illinois Department of Corrections data obtained by East Central Reporter.

The data shows 17 men and five women were released in Coles County. The median age of the parolees was 43. The youngest parolee was a 26-year-old man sentenced for a crime against a person in 2021, and the oldest was a 56-year-old man sentenced for a crime against a person in 2020.

The offender incarcerated the longest was Beaulyza T. Henderson. He was convicted of a sex crime in 2012 when he was 31 years old. He is now 42.

Under state law, paroled offenders are still in legal custody of the IDOC, meaning they can be taken back to a correctional center at any time if the state has probable cause or a warrant.

The table below gives a breakdown of how many offenders were paroled in the third quarter of 2022 in each Coles County.
